Optimum RV is a family-owned RV Dealership looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor! The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience and can work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Presents Maintenance Menu's to Customers Based on Length of Ownership & Manufacturer Recommendations Performs service meet and greet Initial Vehicle Walk Around Performs vehicle Courtesy Inspection Generates all service Repair Orders and close R.

's when work is completed Acquires customer authorizations on service work Schedules Service Appointments Answers all service department calls Liaison between the customer and the service department Perform daily customer status follow-up phone calls All other duties as assigned Essential Characteristics:
Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented Excellent follow-up skills Excellent organization skills Minimum
Qualifications:
